Characteristics
To the eye it reflects its brilliance, to the nose there is a burst of flowering meadows and the fresh smell of cut grass plus a light scent of laurel flowers. On the palate it appears soft but with a slightly aggressive but non-alcoholic personality, even if it is reasonably alcoholic. To the taste it promises a sweet berries, mature, hot and full of sun. It has a good persistence in the aftertaste that gives back a soft hint of sambuco.
